​An ace performance by Reece Armitage hoisted Yachtsmen to a 5-0 win in seven innings over Portland on Saturday.

Armitage struck out 12 hitters en route to the Yachtsmen win. Yachtsmen's pitcher gave up just one hit over seven shutout innings.

Yachtsmen scored three runs in the first inning to build an early lead. Yachtsmen scored in the first on a wild pitch, an RBI single by Armitage, and an RBI double by Colin Coyne.

Connor Aube led Yachtsmen's offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He singled in the first and fifth innings.

Barnard ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just 4 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed four runs.

Yachtsmen brought home one run in the fifth inning, and matched that run total in the sixth. In the fifth, Yachtsmen scored on a sacrifice fly by Armitage, bringing home Aube.

A great effort by Cam Guarino led Yachtsmen to a 4-0 win in seven innings over Deering on Thursday.

Guarino put together a nice outing. Deering managed just one hit off of the Yachtsmen's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out seven during his seven innings of work.

Falmouth scored three runs in the first inning to build an early lead. Yachtsmen scored in the first on an RBI single by Robbie Armitage, an RBI double by Reece Armitage, and a groundout by Chris Camelio.

Armitage was solid at the plate for Yachtsmen. Armitage went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run.

Sinclair pitched six innings, walked none, struck out seven, and allowed four runs.

​Wednesday was a great day for The Falmouth Yachtsmen as they had their first undefeated season in 20 years!  Cam Guarino threw a shutout to carry Falmouth to a 5-0 victory over Gray-New Gloucester in seven innings.

The Yachtsmen's Guarino kept Gray-New Gloucester off the scoreboard for all seven innings he was on the bump. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on two hits while striking out six.
 
​Tyler Gee had two extra-base hits for Falmouth. He doubled in the first and sixth innings.
 
​Gee, Hogan Tracy and Reece Armitage helped lead Yachtsmen. They combined for six hits and two RBIs.
​Yachtsmen went up for good in the first, scoring two runs on an RBI double by Gee and a sacrifice fly by Colin Coyne.
​Yachtsmen added three more runs in the bottom of the fifth. Armitage doubled, scoring Robbie Armitage to start the inning.

​The Yachtsmen's offense didn't make it easy for Cam Guarino, but The Yachtsmen's starter was still able to get the job done. Guarino threw seven innings on the way to a win in seven innings. Cam Guarino of Falmouth allowed four hits, striking out one and walking none.

 
​ In the bottom of the seventh, Colin Coyne hit a single to centerfield. Christopher Camelio hit a triple to score Colin Coyne to tie it​. Chris Camelio had a hot bat for Falmouth. Camelio went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the fifth inning and tripled in the seventh inning. Jesse Melchiskey hit a walkoff sacrifice fly as the Yachtsmen (15-0) defeated the Rams (6-9) at Falmouth.

 
​Justin Wiggins was the game's losing pitcher. He pitched 6 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed two runs.

Kennebunk scored its only run of the game on an RBI double by Ryan Coughlan in the third inning.

​A magnificent effort by Reece Armitage hoisted Yachtsmen to a 1-0 win in seven innings over Yarmouth on Monday.

Yachtsmen's Armitage kept Yarmouth off the scoreboard for all seven innings he was on the mound. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on two hits while ringing up eight.

Klenda was charged with the loss. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed one run.

Yachtsmen scored its only run of the game on an error in the first inning.

​An outstanding effort by Connor Aube carried the Yachtsmen to a 17-3 win in seven innings over Greely on Friday.

Aube racked up seven RBIs on four hits for the Yachtsmen. He singled in the second and fifth innings and homered in the fourth and seventh innings.

Falmouth continued to add runs until the end of the game. Falmouth scored five runs in the final one innings to cap the win. The Yachtsmen scored five runs in the seventh and  scored in the seventh on an error, a sacrifice fly by Garret Aube, and a three-run home run by Aube.

 
Falmouth relied on Cam Guarino to eat up innings en route to the win. Guarino allowed three earned runs, three hits and two walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.

Normandeu ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He allowed 12 runs in 5 1/3 innings, walked six and struck out two.

The Yachtsmen never surrendered the lead after the second inning, scoring four runs on an error and a two-run single by Aube.

Falmouth tacked on another four runs in the fourth. Aube started the inning with a two-run home run, scoring Aube. That was followed up by Reece Armitage's single, plating Tyler Gee.
Yachtsmen brought home two runs in the fifth inning, and matched that run total in the sixth. In the fifth, Yachtsmen scored on a fielder's choice, bringing home Hogan Tracy.

Yachtsmen built upon its lead with two runs in the sixth. The inning looked promising, as Chris Camelio singled, plating Colin Coyne to kick things off.

​The Yachtsmen beat York 5-1 in seven innings on Wednesday behind Robbie Armitage, who drove in three runs.He homered in the third inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Reece Armitage picked up the win for the Yachtsmen. Armitage pitched six innings and allowed no earned runs, five hits and two walks while striking out five.

York managed to score one run in the third inning on an error.

The game's last lead went to Yachtsmen thanks to a third inning rally that saw four runs cross the plate on a three-run home run by Armitage and an RBI single by Tyler Gee.

Klenda took the loss for Yarmouth. He pitched seven innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
​The Yachtsmen never surrendered the lead after the first inning, scoring two runs on a two-run single by Colin Coyne.

Yarmouth's lone run of the ballgame came in the first inning on a groundout by Klenda.

Falmouth increased its lead with three runs in the fourth. A error scored Jessie Melchiskey and Hogan Tracy to get the Yachtsmen on the board in the inning. That was followed up by Armitage's single, scoring Connor Aube.

Connor Aube went 2-3 and hit a home run, sparking the Yachtsmen  to a 9-3 victory in seven innings over Wells on Friday.He homered in the fifth inning and singled in the sixth inning.
​Reece Armitage shut down Wells while he was on the rubber. Wells managed just two hits off of Falmouth's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked four and struck out seven during his four innings of work.

Wells, #39, was charged with the loss. He allowed nine runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out two.
​The game was never in doubt after the first, as the Yachtsmen scored two runs on a two-run double by Colin Coyne.

After pushing across three runs in the top of the fifth, Wells faced just a 4-3 deficit. A three-run double by #3 triggered Wells' comeback. Finally, Hogan Tracy induced an inning-ending fly out from #39.

After a quick strike from Wells, Falmouth responded with five runs in the fifth. The Yachtsmen, scored on a solo home run by Aube, a fielder's choice, a steal of home by Armitage, and a groundout by Jesse Melchiskey.

Falmouth moves to 9-0 with a win today at Poland. Falmouth jumped out to an early lead on Poland and captured an 18-1 victory on Wednesday.

The game was decided quickly as the Yachtsmen exerted its will early with 10 runs in the first three innings. A sacrifice fly by Robbie Armitage, an RBI double by Chris Camelio, a wild pitch, and an RBI single by Jessie Melchiskey during the first inning supplied the early offense for Yachtsmen.

Reece Armitage - Home Run!

​Reece Armitage racked up four RBIs on three hits for Falmouth. He singled in the third innings and homered in the fourth inning.

GRAND SLAM! - Congratulations Connor Aube

In the top of the 3rd, Connor Aube hit a Grand Slam.

Cam Guarino - 1 Hitter

​Poland had no answer for Cam Guarino, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Guarino gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out five during his three innings of work. Guarino moves to 16-2 in high school with an ERA of 0.41.
Poland was charged with the loss. He allowed 12 runs in three innings, walked three and struck out none.

Falmouth  matched its six-run third inning with six more in the fourth. In the third the Yachtsmen scored on an RBI single by Camelio, scoring Armitage.

A error scored Hogan Tracy and Garret Aube to get Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine on the board in the inning. That was followed up by Armitage's single, bringing home Connor Aube.

The Yachtsmen  jumped out to an early lead on Lake Region and captured a 12-6 victory on Monday.

With seven runs in the first three innings, Falmouth left no doubt about the eventual outcome.An RBI single by Tyler Gee, an RBI double by Robbie Armitage, an RBI single by Reece Armitage, and a wild pitch during the first inning and a three-run home run by Armitage in the second inning supplied the early offense for the Yachtsmen.

Armitage racked up five RBIs on four hits for Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine.

Max Fortier recorded the win for Falmouth. He allowed six runs over seven innings. He struck out six, walked three and surrendered four hits.

After posting one run in the fourth, the Yachtsmen again scored one in the sixth.

In the fourth, Falmouth scored on a groundout by Gee, scoring Garret Aube.

 
Connor Aube slugged his 4th home run of the season, a three-run homer over the centerfield fence in the 7th inning.  He went 4 for 5.  
Robbie Armitage hit his 1st home run of the season - a three-run homer to centerfield in the  2nd inning.

Hogan Tracy helps the Yachtsmen down Greely 5-2

Hogan Tracy went 2-3, helping Falmouth to a 5-2 victory over Greely on Friday. He singled in the second and fourth innings.

Cam Guarino struck out nine hitters en route to the Falmouth win. Guarino allowed no earned runs, four hits and no walks over seven innings.

Leeman couldn't get it done on the bump for Greely, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out five, and allowed three runs.

Greely jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first.

The Yachtsmen quickly matched Greely's strong inning with a one-run inning of
its own in the first.  Falmouth scored on a sacrifice fly by Reece Armitage.
The lead stayed with the Yachtsmen after the fourth, when it scored two runs on two singles.

One Greely run crossed the plate in the top half of the seventh, making the score 5-2. A groundout by Miller set off Greely rally. But, Guarino got Doughty to to end the game.

An ace performance by Reece Armitage led Falmouth to a 7-0 win in seven innings over Gray-New Gloucester on Wednesday.

Gray-New Gloucester had no answer for Armitage, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Armitage held Gray-New Gloucester hitless over six innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out 11.

The offense exploded for Falmouth in the fifth. In the inning the Yachtsmen scored four runs. Falmouth scored in the fifth on an error, an error, a wild pitch, and an RBI single by Jessie Melchiskey.

Robbie Armitage had two extra-base hits for the Yachtsmen. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the fifth inning, and tripled in the sixth inning.

Falmouth's Connor Aube, Armitage and Chris Camelio combined for seven hits and two RBIs.

GNG ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked one and struck out three.

Falmouth stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the second, scoring one run on an RBI double by Aube.

Tuesday was a day Max Fortier will remember forever as Fortier threw a no-hitter in Falmouth's 16-0 victory over Fryeburg.

No Fryeburg batter was able to locate Fortier's pitches during the game. Fortier threw a no-hitter, striking out six batters and walking none while recording his momentous feat. He got Keegan Jones to strike out for the final out of the game.

Thirteen runs in the first three innings helped the Yachtsmen blow out Fryeburg.

A solo home run by Connor Aube, an RBI double byReece Armitage, a hit by pitch, a two-run double by Hogan Tracy, a groundout by Garret Aube, and a three-run double by Robbie Armitage in the first inning and a walk by Tracy and a sacrifice fly by Aube during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Yachtsmen.

Falmouth got its bats going early, scoring nine runs in the first inning to pull ahead of Fryeburg.

Hunter Day took the loss for Fryeburg. He allowed 16 runs in five innings, walked seven and struck out two.

The Yachtsmen piled on two more runs in the top of the third. A clutch error scored Armitage to open the scoring in the frame. That was followed up by Tracy's single, scoring Chris Camelio.

Falmouth increased its lead with three runs in the fifth. Camelio kicked things off with a single, bringing home Colin Coyne. That was followed up by Tracy's double, bringing home Camelio and Jessie Melchiskey.

Falmouth jumped out to an early lead on Freeport and captured an 11-2 victory on Friday.

Seven runs in the first three innings allowed the Yachtsmen to put the game away early.An RBI triple by Robbie Armitage, a fielder's choice, and a two-run double by Jessie Melchiskey in the first inning and a solo home run by Connor Aube during the second inning helped Falmouth put some runs on the board early.

Aube had two extra-base hits for Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine.

Reece Armitage's 10 strikeouts helped Falmouth to the victory. Armitage allowed two earned runs, three hits and four walks over 5 1/3 innings.

Falmouth easily handled Freeport pitching as six hitters combined for 11 hits, nine RBIs and 10 runs scored.

Josh Burke couldn't get it done on the hill for Freeport, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked two and struck out none.

Two Yachtsmen baserunners came all the way around to score in each of the third, fifth and sixth. In the third, Falmouth scored on an RBI single by Chris Camelio, plating Colin Coyne.

Falmouth quickly matched Freeport's strong inning with a two-run inning of its own in the sixth. The Yachtsmen scored on an RBI single by Colin Coyne and an RBI single by Melchiskey.

In conditions that would make Florida oranges freeze, the Yachtsmen beat Cape Elizabeth on Wednesday 8-2 in seven innings.

Falmouth scored three runs in the fifth on a single by Garret Aube, an RBI single by Connor Aube, and an RBI single by Robbie Armitage.

Aube had a hot bat for Falmouth. Aube went 2-4 and scored two runs.

Cam Guarino got it done on the bump on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over seven innings. He struck out two, walked four and surrendered six hits.

Marshall Peterson was charged with the loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.

Falmouth went up for good in the first, scoring one run on an RBI single by Colin Coyne.

Falmouth brought home one run in the third inning, and matched that run total in the fourth. In the third, the Yachtsmen scored on an RBI double by Hogan Tracy, plating Colin Coyne.

The Yachtsmen and Kennebunk exchanged the lead six times on Monday, but Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine ended up on top with a 5-3 win in seven innings over Kennebunk.

Falmouth took the lead in the fourth inning and held on for the victory. Falmouth went up for good on an RBI single by Reece Armitage off Derek Smith, plating Tyler Gee.

Robbie Armitage was solid at the plate for the Yachtsmen. Armitage went 1-2 and scored two runs. He tripled in the first inning.

Reece Armitage pitched lights out for the Yachtsmen.. Armitage gave up just one hit, allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out nine during his five innings of work.

#34 ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.

Falmouth jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first. Yachtsmen, Falmouth's offense woke up as Armitage tripled before Armitage singled, bringing home Armitage.

It didn't take long for Kennebunk to answer as it scored two runs of its own in the first. Kennebunk scored on a two-run single by Zander Kosmala.

Falmouth brought home two runs in the second inning, and matched that run total in the fourth. In the second, Falmouth scored on a wild pitch, scoring Jessie Melchiskey.

Friday was a day Cam Guarino will set aside for the scrapbook as Guarino threw a no-hitter in Yachtsmen's 14-0 victory over Poland.

No Poland batter was able to locate Guarino's pitches during the game. Guarino threw a no-hitter, striking out nine batters and walking none while recording his momentous feat. He got Poland to ground out for the final out of the game.

"Thank you to my coaches and thank you to my teammates for your plays in the field and your bats today! I couldn't do it without you!" said Cam Guarino.

Falmouth's bats came to life in the first inning. Poland had no answer as Falmouth scored 11 runs. Robbie Armitage went 2-3 as Falmouth took home a 7-2 victory over Portland in seven innings on Monday. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Garrett Tracy got the win in relief for the Yachtsmen. Tracy pitched one inning and allowed no runs.

#20 of Portland was charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in 5 1/3 innings, walked six and struck out one.

Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine pushed one run across in the fourth inning to start the scoring.

Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine got on the board thanks to a fielder's choice.

It didn't take long for Portland to respond as it scored one run of its own in the fourth. Portland scored on an RBI single by PlayerF.

Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine went up for good in the fifth, scoring four runs on a two-run double by Armitage, a groundout by Reece Armitage, and an RBI single by Connor Aube.

One run in the bottom of the sixth helped Portland close its deficit to 7-2. An error gave Portland life. Yachtsmen, Falmouth, Maine stopped the rally after Armitage got PlayerF to strike out.
