Robbie Armitage collected three hits as Falmouth took home a 5-1 victory over Yarmouth in seven innings on Monday. He singled in the first, third, and fourth innings.

​Cam Guarino was a workhorse on the mound while bagging the win for the Yachtsmen. Guarino pitched seven innings and allowed no earned runs, six hits and two walks while striking out five.

Klenda took the loss for Yarmouth. He pitched seven innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.

​The Yachtsmen never surrendered the lead after the first inning, scoring two runs on a two-run single by Colin Coyne.

Yarmouth's lone run of the ballgame came in the first inning on a groundout by Klenda.

Falmouth increased its lead with three runs in the fourth. A error scored Jessie Melchiskey and Hogan Tracy to get the Yachtsmen on the board in the inning. That was followed up by Armitage's single, scoring Connor Aube.
